Overlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Social Worker in our Emergency Department!
社会工作者在急诊室will conduct assessments for mental health, substance use disorder, abuse and neglect, trauma, and for other psychosocial needs. Social worker will also provide interventions, resources, and referrals.

Part time - .75 FTE ( 60 hours bi-weekly pay period)
12 hour shift
Nights -7pm-7:30am
2 week schedule: (Week 1: Wed/Thurs and Week 2: Fri/Sat/Sun)

    战ifications for Social Worker:

    • Master's degree in Social Work preferred, or related field from an accredited university required.
    • Candidate must possess one of the following licenses from the state of Washington: Social Work Associate Independent Clinical (SWAIC), Social Work Associate Advanced (SWAA), Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MFTA), Mental Health Counselor Associate (MHCA), or Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC).
    • Minimum one year of experience preferred.
    • Requires assessment and care planning skills, broad knowledge of the community resources, medical terminology, hospital systems, insurance guidelines, financial issues, and risk management issues. Effective verbal and written communication skills and computer skills. An understanding of the issues that are involved in the documentation and continual quality improvement process of patient care in the hospital setting preferred.
